Over the years, Dr Al has grown to love implantology and has been a faculty member at the prestigious Brener Implant Institute in Sydney for years. Dr Al loves smile design and creating unique and beautiful smile makeovers, concentrating on preserving and protecting teeth using minimal or prep-free techniques.
